Weather Policy:
Lake Las Vegas Watersports will not operate in unsafe weather conditions. Should LLVWS determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour/rental or send out a tour/rental may be postponed or it will be canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour/rental during your stay. If you are unable to reschedule your tour/rental, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for the full dollar value of your rental towards a future rental.


Reservation and Boarding Information:
Please arrive at your departure point at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. For yacht events, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time, if you are late the boat will leave without you.


*Credit Card and matching ID used online will need to be present at the time of check-in.
Rental Policy:
(A) Must be 16 years of age or older to rent any of our equipment. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian will be required to complete your release form.
(B) Must have a valid driver’s license.
(C) All boat drivers must be 21+ to operate.
Intoxicants are strictly prohibited. For the safety of our guests' service will be refused by anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.



Watersports Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours from your reserved date will receive no refunds of any kind, regardless of whether or not the equipment is rebooked by another party.
NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. Any party that has not arrived by the scheduled time of the rental shall be deemed a NO SHOW, and will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund of any sort.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations of our policies.
We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. Reservations canceled due to weather (or any other VALID and APPROVED reason) during the rental period will be given a voucher for credit toward the use of the same or similar piece of equipment at a later date or time, or in the form of a dollar amount to be used on our alternative equipment, and such vouchers will be determined at the sole discretion of Lake Las Vegas Watersports.

Chargeback, disputes, fraudulent payments: When you make a booking with Lake Las Vegas Water Sports our system will generate a profile of multiple forms. Booking confirmation, smart waiver agreement, acknowledgment of services form, and a credit card authorization form. In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent payment these forms will be submitted to the credit card processor.


Refunds: If you book with LLVWS online, or in-store, you will not be eligible for a refund for bad weather, or any mechanical issues on our end, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance with your rental. Reservations made 12-24-hours prior to start time ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds OR CANCELLATION INSURANCE under any circumstance.. LLVWS will always offer the dollar amount in a voucher that can be used toward any future activities, or events, in the event your rental is canceled, or put on hold due to bad weather.

Substitutions:
It is inevitable that reserved equipment will occasionally be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of your rental reservation. We reserve the right to offer you substitute equipment of equal or greater value in lieu of the originally reserved equipment at no extra cost to you. If no alternate equipment is available, we really have no choice but to reschedule or cancel your reservation at the sole discretion of LLVWS staff.

Damages:
By booking your rental with LLVWS, you authorize LLVWS to charge your credit card on file based on their assessment of actual or probable damage and other related costs, including but not limited to the actual or estimated costs of repair for physical damage to the equipment, cost of recovery to equipment/passengers, towing fees, staffing costs to trailer equipment to repair facility, and lost rentals, at that time based on their sole discretion.
Lake Las Vegas Watersports will have the damage further assessed and you will be charged based on repair/replacement costs.


Renter is responsible for any and all losses and damages to Lake Las Vegas Watersports equipment while in their care, including but not limited to the full cost of new replacement equipment, from causes including but not limited to: beaching or running aground, collision with other boaters or objects on or below the water, weather loss, dockage, anchoring, or any other cause whether or not the renter is directly at fault.
The renter is solely responsible for ensuring the safety and passengers of the vessel during the rental period.
All damages or loss to equipment in excess of $100 or injury to person or property must be reported to Lake Las Vegas Watersports and to local law enforcement immediately.
Insurance:
LLVWS carries liability insurance coverage for all equipment, however physical damages incurred during the rental period are NOT covered. The renter is fully responsible for all of the costs related to damage to the equipment including lost rental revenues. A lot can happen on the water like big waves, wind, storm, sinkage, running aground, sucking up a towrope, or just bumping the dock or another boat.

As a condition of doing business with Lake Las Vegas Water Sports, we require that you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding credit card transactions.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank for any transactions processed by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. You understand and agree that any chargebacks or disputes initiated by you will be considered a breach of this agreement.
You also understand and agree that any chargebacks or disputes initiated by you may result in additional fees, penalties, and legal action against you.
By booking, you further acknowledge and agree that you will contact info@llvws.com directly in the event of any issues or concerns regarding transactions processed by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. You understand and agree that Lake Las Vegas Water Sports will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
