2022 AQUA PARK SEASON PASS INCLUDES

• 2- sessions daily (90 minutes)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BUY?

• You will receive a confirmation email with links to liability waivers. These will need to be completed prior to your season pass pick-up.
• On your first visit, we will take your photo, assign you a key tag, and complete your profile. 
• Passes can be picked up starting May 15, 2022, and will be eligible for use beginning June 15, 2022.

HOW DOES THE PASS WORK?

• Once you have come in to complete your membership profile, you will be able to use your pass right away.
• Each pass holder is given a unique promo code and a specific link to use to reserve their specific activity. It is required that you book online before you come in.
• Each time, season pass holders must come into the office with their designated key tag, and matching ID to be issued a wristband for their designated activity.
• Parking is located in the parking garage for all LLVWS customers. There are no exceptions.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• Upon arriving at Lake Las Vegas, you will be excited that there are no parking fees! Parking can be found in the parking garage, at 8 Strada Di Villagio, Henderson NV, 89011. 
• After parking, you can walk through the village and stop at any of the restaurants on-site. When you are finished strolling, head toward the marina, and you will find our office located behind seasons grocery store. 

REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS

• You MUST know how to swim and be at least 6 years of age to participate in the Aqua Park.
• Participants under 11 years of age are required to have a guardian 18+ on the aqua park with them at all times. 
• Children under 11 years of age cannot hold a season pass unless an adult has a valid guardian pass.
• Things such as piercings, prescription glasses, goggles, accessories, jewelry, watches, dermals, pointy nails, bathing suits with zippers or jewels are prohibited in the aqua park. 
• Lifejackets are required for every participant. If you bring your own life jacket, it must be coast guard approved.
• Season passes are not shareable and non-refundable.
• Not valid holiday weekends.
• Valid June 15-September 1.

2023 ELECTRIC BOAT SEASON PASS INCLUDES

• Up to 2-hours of daily access!
• Passholders may bring aboard food, drinks, and up to 8 people on the boat.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BUY?

• You will receive a confirmation email with links to liability waivers and a boaters contract. These will need to be completed prior to your season pass pick-up. 
• On your first visit, we will take your photo, assign you a key tag, have you complete a credit card authorization form, and complete your profile. Passes can be picked up beginning March 2023, and will be eligible for use beginning March 15, 2023. 

HOW DOES THE PASS WORK?

• Once you have come in to complete your membership profile, you will be able to use your pass right away.
• Each pass holder is given a unique promo code which can be found in the main confirmation email once a pass is purchased, as well as a specific link to use to reserve the specified activity. It is required that you book online before you come in, we can not guarantee activities will be available unless a reservation is secured.
• Each time, season pass holders must come into the office with their designated key tag, and matching ID to be issued a wristband for their designated activity.
• Parking is located in the parking garage for all LLVWS customers. There are no exceptions.

REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase this pass.
• Electric boat season passes are not valid on holiday weekends or event dates.
• No swimming from the boat at any time.
• You may not dock or beach the boat.
• ​​Season passes are not shareable and non-refundable.

ABOUT THE MEMBERSHIP

• Unlimited access to Aqua Park, Kayaks, Paddleboards, and Water Bikes
• Passes can not be shared
• Kids 9 and under need a guardian (16+) at all times with them on the par
• No restrictions on holidays
• Closures do occur due to private events or weather
• Season passes are non-refundable

AQUA PARK RULES

• DO NOT swim UNDER features
• Feet first on all slides
• No HEAD FIRST diving/no flips
• No Rough Play
• Be respectful of all users, and give priority to younger and smaller children, lend a helping hand!
• Each Aquapark session is 45 minutes long. 
• Sessions begin on the hour. 
• 15 minutes of safety instruction and rules are given before entering the park. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BUY?

1. We need you to come into the office located at 20 Costa di Lago, Henderson NV 89011 during our operational season (March-October)

2. When you arrive we will need a waiver from you. We will also need to take a picture of you for our internal system.

3. We will give you your membership keycard, use this keycard as a quick pass to check-in if lines are long in the office. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• After parking, you can walk through the Village and stop at any of the restaurants on-site. We offer options such as Cafe Du Lac (French), Luna Rosa (Italian), The Pub, Mimi and Coco Bistro (French), One5 Lakeside (American), and Seasons Grocery (Deli)!

• When you are finished strolling, head toward the marina, and you will find our office!

CHECKING IN

• Now that you are ready to start your experience, we suggest completing the liability waiver before coming into the office. This will save you 15-30 minutes of wait time.

• Click HERE for your digital waiver (Don't do this until the day of your reservation)

• We suggest leaving large bags, purses, towels in the car as we do not allow them on the dock. We do rent lockers for small items such as phones and wallets. 

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 11 years of age, and have a liability waiver filled out by your parent/guardian to participate in the Aqua Park alone.

• Children must be 6 years old to participate in the Aqua Park. However, children 6-10 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Must know how to swim

• A coast guard approved life jacket must be worn at all times (provided)

• Jewelry is prohibited in the Aqua Park (nose rings, lip rings, earrings, wedding rings, necklaces, studded bathing suits). NO EXCEPTIONS!

2024 PERSONAL WATERCRAFT SEASON PASS INCLUDES

• All-day use of 1 personal watercraft on our no-wake lake. (during operational hours)
• Valid for a month

• Fill out a liability waiver.
• Using your membership is easy! All you will need to do is come into the office to check in with your season pass card, and you will receive a wristband that is active for the duration of our operational hours.
• On your first visit, we will complete your membership profile, take your photo, and assign you a key tag.

• All beaches, docks, are private. Using such a premise can result in pass revocation.

• Not valid for night events. 
• Passes are not shareable.  
• Season passes are non-refundable.
• Season passes are only valid at our main location.
